As an east valley native, Jesse attended Gilbert High School, and then continued his education at Arizona State University where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business and Communications. Jesse has been a top-producing realtor in the east valley for the past 4 years. He has built a reputation on his integrity and strong negotiation skills. He has supported charities such as Childress Miracle Network and Sunshine Acres. In his time off he loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.
 


PAMELA KING

A native of Chicago, Pam moved to Mesa, Arizona in 1993 and never plans to leave. After managing single apartment communities for five years, she earned her Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license in June of 1998 to manage multiple apartment communities throughout the Phoenix metro area. Then, in June of 2000 she graduated from The University of Phoenix with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. 

Pam joined The Jesse Herfel Group in May of 2004. With twenty-years of management and customer service experience, it is her responsibility to keep the entire team on track and focused. She was attracted to Keller Williams due to their focus on education for she believes that the best way to serve your customers is to stay on top of the issues that are important to them. 

Pam is married with two daughters and enjoys live music, singing, dancing, reading, but most of all, spending time with her family.
 


ANDY WISE
Andy was born and raised in Arizona. He graduated from Gilbert High School and later attended Arizona State where he received his B.I.S. degree. He is in his third year in real estate, specializing in the east valley. Prior to that he was in retail management. Andy is a buyers specialist consulting buyers exclusively. In his down time he enjoys spending time with friends and family.
 


Korey Stewart
Korey hails from beautiful Klamath Falls, Oregon, but decided to make Phoenix his home after graduating college. In his spare time he loves to be outdoors participating in sports or traveling. His clients, family and friends always come first though.
 


Ruth Lamb
Ruth comes to us from Colorado where she started working in the real estate industry in 1990 which is when she realized it was not just a job, it was her career choice. Her 15 year experience has also included several years in the new home industry. 

She relocated to Arizona with her daughter in the summer of 2003; her son joined them the summer of 2005. When not working she enjoys doing projects around the house and yard, watching sports and spending time with friends and family, which will soon include the addition of her first grandchild.

Accepting An Offer >Negotiating Factors

Negotiations for the sale of a home can be affected by emotional factors. For example, it is easy to be offended by someone who is making an offer on your property. Even if the buyers love your house, they are trying to negotiate the best possible price and terms. They probably will not let you know how much they want your home until they have negotiated a purchase agreement.

Buyers almost never write offers that please the sellers entirely. Offers and counter offers may be traded back and forth over days or weeks. Terms of the sale will be discussed and deadlines will be set. When there is finally a meeting of the minds, both sides may feel relieved but exhausted by the process. One of a real estate agent's most important jobs is to act as the intermediary during such negotiations. With your agents knowledge of financing, negotiation procedures, and the tax laws affecting real estate sales, agents come up with creative solutions to the challenges that may arise.
